Refund & Return Policy

We stand behind every CryoStride™ product. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Rules Summary:

• Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase

• Customer provides return shipping

• No restocking fees

How to Start a Return:
To begin a return, contact us at cryostride@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide simple return instructions.
All items must be returned in original condition and packaging.

Refunds:
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and issue a refund to your original payment method.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are processed on the 1st and 15th of each month.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 10 business days of delivery. We’ll arrange for inspection and send a replacement when applicable.
